Wellington, 25th April, 3*30 p.m. The adjourned half-yearly meeting of the Steam Navigation Company lapsed, there being no quorum. The retiring directors rem am in office for auother six months. An extraordinary meetiug is to be convened, for the purpose of winding up the Company, of which due notice will be given iu the Government Gazette. The Patriotic Fund Committee are sitting in conclave, considering how the money subscribed shall be disposed of.
