LEVIEN & CO., of the first part, GEORGE BENNETT, of the City of Nelson, in the Province of Nelson, in the Colony of New Zealand, Merchant, and ROBERT LEVIEN, of the same City, Merchant, of the second part, and the several other persons whose names are thereunto set and subscribed (Creditors of the said Joseph Henry Levien), of the third part, the said JOSEPH HENRY LEVIEN did convey and ASSIGN all his real and personal ESTATE and EFFECTS unto the. said GEORGE BENNETT and ROBERT LEVIEN, as Trustees for the benefit of all the Creditors of the said Joseph Henry Levien. And notice is hereby further given, that the said Deed now lies at the office of the undersigned, in Hardy-street, in the said City, for the inspection and execution by the several Creditors of the said Joseph Henry Levien, who are requested to come in and execute the same.
