VICTORIA
.Victoria Postal Conference has not terminated. It was proceeding when the; Rangitoto^ left.. It is : generally : believed
that the result will be most satisfactory. A banquet to the delegates of Postal Conference Avas arranged to take place on the 15th instaut ; but, owing to political-feel-ing displayed by committee, the Ministry refused to attend, and cons quently the ot'ter iuvited guests, namely, the Governor and the delegates were not present.
