The Otago Steam Navigation Company's s.s. Albion, Edward Kidney, commander, left Port Phillip Heads at 8-15 on the 23rd ultimo. For the first 24 hours experienced light S.E. winds; moderate S. and S.W. winds were afterwards met with, accompanied by a heavy cross sea; arrived at the Bluff at 10 a.m on 28th. Sailed at 4-30 p.m. and arrived off Otago Heads at 3 a.m, on the Ist inst., and anchored at Port Chalmers two hours afterwards. Left Otago at 3 p.m. on the 4th, arriving at Lyttelton at noou on the following day. Left for Wellington at 12-45 on the 6th, arriving on the 7th at 6*39 am. Left on the Bth at I p.m., and arrived at Nelson at 10-15 same itay.
The Panama Company's steamer Phoebe left Wellington yesterday afternoon at 3 o'clock for Ticton, where she arrived at 8-30 ; left for this port at midnight, and arrived this morning at 9.45.
