WAIMEA EAST FETE. rpHE inhabitants'of the Waimea East and the JL public generally are respectfully informed that the FETE in commemoration of the TWENTY-FIFTH ANNIVERSARY OF THE SETTLEMENT, Will take place at the FAIR GROUND, RICHMOND, on WEDNESDAY, MARCH 13, 1867. A PROCESSION kindly assisted by the Odd- Fellows, accompanied by a Band, will leave the Hall at 10 o'clock a.m. precisely. Ample arrangements will be made for carrying on a variety of GYMNASTIC SPORTS, including Foot Races, Jumping Matches, Football, &c, for Prizes. A COLD COLLATION will be served at 12 o'clock punctually. Admission by Ticket, price Is. 6d.; double ticket, to admit lady and gentleman, 2s. 6d. Tea will be in readiness at half-past 4. Tickets, Is.; children under 14, free. A DISPLAY OF FIREWORKS will take place at 8 o'clock, AND A BALL in the Hall, at 9 o'clock p.m. Subscriptions for the more vigorous prosecution of the Fete and Sports will be received by the Committee.
