Outside hams have been placed at Is., duty paid. Candles, at 12.{d. Trade parcels of good medium congous are quoted at ls. 9d., and ls. lOd. Sales of malt, in. brewer's quantities, lis. 6d. Carlisle Company's bulk ale has been disposed of at £7 to £7.55. Byas's stout, Bs. 3d. to Bs. 6d.
