ARRIVAL OF THE RUAHINE. The steamer Ruahinc .arrived in Wellington, with her engines broken down, at 1 45 o'clock this clay, Winging London news to the 20th August, of which the following is the most important. A 'diabolical plot to blow up the English Parliament has been providentially discovered and prevented. The Hanoverians are very naturally opposed to the forcible annexation to Prussia, and have made a strong and an earnest appeal to England to prevent this unjust and unlawful procedure by the King of Prussia. The ratification of peace between the two belligerent powers, Prussia and Austria, is hourly and anxiously expected by all classes in England. The Prussiaias positively refuses the extension of the French boundary to the Rhine ; Napoleon appears to acque3ce, expressing a hope that Prussia will not annex any country below the Maine. France has disavowed any intention of annexing the kingdom of Ik'lgium. The Italian Government is in treaty with the Pope for the cession of his temporal I dominions. !
