NOTICE TO SUBSCRIBERS.
We have to tliank the majority of our subscribers for their punctuality in paying their subscriptions; but still we would impress upon those who have not yet done so the desirability of prompt payment, as it will save a considerable amount of trouble to the runners, who are compelled to book such small amounts. For the future, the runners will not be allowed to give more than one week's credit.
