The Phoebe left the Manukau at 3.30 p.m. on the 2Sth instant, arrived at Taranaki at 9 a.m. 20th, left 1 p.m,, and arrived here at 5 n.m. on the 30th. Experienced fine ■weather and E.S.E. winds light. A Chilian privateer steamer has been fallen in with off the coast of Norway. The Concordia (Spanish steamer) arrived in Christiansand to load a cargo of fish for Cadiz, was spoken by her, and fortunately escaped by hoisting the English flag. Vessels in Norway are demanding higher freights for Spain ■upon northern produce. The above-named steamer Concordia arrived at Falmouth on the 26th of February, on her return voyage to' Spain, and proceeded thence on the 27th for her port of destination. The Airedale left Wellington at 1 p.m. yesterday, arrived at Picton at 6.15 p.m.; left for Nelson at 11 p.m., and arrived here this day, at 10 a.m. Experienced strong winds.
