PERMANENT BUILDING SOCIETY. NEW BY-LAWS AS TO BONUSES, TRANSFERS, and WITHDRAWALS. THE following BY-LAWS, relating to the Monthly Sales of the subscribed-funds, and to further facilities as to investments and withdrawals, have been AGREED TO by the Directors, and are PUBLISHED for the INFORMATION of Shareholders : — Ist. — That from this date, the money sold by auction, be put up without any fixed bonus to holders of any Series. 2nd. — That shareholders having realised in one or more Series, will be allowed to repay the balance • or balances standing to their debit, either by transferring to a New Series (the shares of the older Series being cancelled), or by cash, in all cases of transfer, the securities to be approved of in the same manner as in new loans. 3rd. — That shareholders of unrealised shares will be allowed to withdraw with itrix profit, subject to the Rules 18, 19-, 20, and 21; a deduction being made of two shillings and sixpence per share, on all shares so withdrawn. 4th. — That the rate of discount on all subscriptions paid in advance for a period of not less than Six Months, be at the rate of £5 per centum per annum, from this date until further notice.
