The Claud Hamilton left Wellington at 7 a.m., on the 15th, reached Picton at noon, and left there at 2 p.m., the same day, and arrived off 1 the Boulder Bank at 5 p.m. yesterday. She experienced strong head winds on the 15th, since then fine weather. The Claud anchored in Queen Charlotte's Sound all night of the 15th, in consequence of a 5.33. gale which indicated heavy ■weather outside.
