Boat Accident. —This morning a3 Capt. Zealand and Mr. Dellammett were proceeding from the boulder bank to the Government wharf, in the Thane's boat, through some slight mishap, the boat upset ; though, we are happy to say, without any injurious cousequeuces to the parties who were in it. Richmond. —On the evening of Wednesday last, a meeting was held at the Star and Garter, with a view of forming a Volunteer Company. The attendance was good.
