THE follow ing BY-LAWS, relating to the Monthly Sales, of the subscribed funds, and to iurther facilities as to investments and withdrawals, have been AGREED TO- by vhe Directors, and are PUBLISHED for the INFORMATION of Shareholders : — Ist.— That from- this date, the money sold by auction, be put up without any fixed bonus to holders of any Series. 2nd. — That shareholders having realised in one or more Series, will be allowed to repay the balance or*- balances standing to tlieir debit, either hy tr-anst'erring to a New Series (the shares of the older Series being cancelled), or by cash, in. all cases of transfer; the securities to be approved of in the same manner as in new loans. Srd. — That shareholders of unrealised shares will be allowed to withdraw with full profit, subject to the Rules 18, 19, 20,. and 21; a deduction being made of two shillings and sixpence per share, on all shares so withdrawn. 4th.- — That the rate of discount on all subscriptions paid in advance for a period of not less than.
