Satisfactory Result in Ashley County RIDING FINANCES FOR YEAR Satisfaction with the general result was expressed by members yesterday when the Clerk (Mr C. Belcher) reported the following facts about the year’s finances to Ashley County Council meeting:— Collection of rates had been as folloavs : Loburn-Whitcrock Riding—Levied, £1785/6/7, collected £1691/10/-, outstanding £93/16/7, collection 95 per cent. Mt Thomas Riding—Levied, £1325 9/2; collected, £1325/9/2, outstanding nil; collection, 100 per cent. Total rates—Levied, £3llO/15/9; collected, £3016/19/2; outstanding, £93 16/7; total collection, 97 per cent.
