Hyenas Seize Children From Mothers' Arms
LONDON, Fri. (11 a.m.)—Hyenas, in the last five months, have seized more than 100 children, some of them from their mothers’ arms, in the United Provinces township of Barabanki and villages surrounding it, the Associated Press Calcutta correspondent says. Villagers have approached the United Provinces Government for help to kill off the hyenas which nightly prowl round dwellings waiting for victims.
