LONDON. Wed. 01.30 a.m.).—The Duke of Gloucester received from the Chief Scout Lord Rowallen) a gavel made from nine different New Zealand woods which was given to him by Mr Hector Christie. President of the New Zealand Dominion Council of Boy Scouts.
