B. C. Freyberg, Governor-General. A PROCLAMATION Pursuant to The Public Works Act, 1928. I. Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg. the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby takrn for a worker’s dwelling, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors and Burgesses of the Borough of Whangarei as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and 1 do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twentysixth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine. , SCHEDULE Approximate area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 2.7 perches.
