PRAGUE, Mon.—Czech athletes and journalists are getting ready to return to school —the athletes to brush up on Marxist doctrine, the journalists to learn Russian. The athletes were told by the Government to take a four-week course in political and ideological education at a special school if they want to compete in sporting events abroad. The puri3o.se of the course is to produce athletes who are "ideologically and politically mature, rather than all brawn."
