Uhs NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER Notice is hereby given that at *a Special Meeting of the Whangarei Borough Council held for that purpose on the 14th clay of September 1949 the following resolution was passed and it will be submitted for confirmation at a Special Meeting of the said Council to be held on Wednesday the 19th day of October 1949 at 7.25 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Municipal Buildings. RESOLUTION: That the Whangarei Borough Council, acting in pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon it by The Municipal Corporations Act 1933 and all other powers and authorities in any way enabling doth hereby, by Special Order, make a By-law the purport of which is as follows: To revoke the present scale of charges for the digging of graves and the price of sections as fixed by the Whangarei Borough By-laws and to substitute therefor a new scale of charges and price of sections. A copy of the proposed amending By-law is deposited at the office of the Council, Municipal Buildings, BankStreet. and will be open to the inspection of the public until the said confirming meeting is held.
