BONN, Tug. (Noon)—“The first job of the new West German Government will be to make every family a home,” said Dr Konrad Adenauer, chairman of the victorious Christian Democratic Party. The solution of the housing problem wap the first real duty. He said he hoped that a programme could be worked out to rebuild all the blasted cities west of the Elbe River, and added: “Such a giant programme should be shared by both state and private industry.”
