BLENHEIM, Thu. (P.A.I—A racehorse trainer suffered a fatal seizure at the Waterloo racecourse yesterday as he was returning to the stable after taking the horse Felicia Boy for a training run. He was: Mr Cecil Henry Goodall, aged 54. Mr Goodall transferred his stable from Thames 1o Blenheim only about three weeks ago. --
