LONDON, Mon. (1 p.m.).—Two men who schemed to defraud would-be migrants to Australia and New Zealand were sentenced to imprisonment at Old Bailey today.

John Frederick Keith Cork. 34. an pnemeer. was sentenced to 18 months and Tames Tenatius Rodgers, 40 directo- of the Panama Pacific Shipping Line. Ltd, of Liverpool Street, London. was sentenced to four years’ imprisonment. Cork and Rodgers were found guilty of conspiring to induce people to pay money in respect of fares to Australia

and New Zealand with intent to defraud and of obtaining money by false
