Australian Team Coming
WELLINGTON. Thu. (Sp)— Next summer an Australian cricket team will tour New Zealand.
The Australian Board of Control will discuss the itinerary in a few weeks’ time.

An Australian tearh had. already been chosen to tour South Alrica, but with players of the' calibre of K. R. Miller, E. Toshack. S: G. Barnes and W. A. Brown possibly available, a powerful side could be' obtained for the tour of New Zealand. Mr Wanklyn could not confirm a report that the tour., \yquld begin a week after the end of' the Empire Games on February 11. *‘We will be delighted to welcome the Australians, both for their own sakes and for the chance' that may occur of matching our successful tourists of the moment with representatives of the Commonwealth.” Mr Wanklyn said. • 7 -I AN IMPRESSIVE RECORD.
