DUNEDIN, Tue. (PA.) .—Lightning never strikes twice in the same spot, or so they say, but apparently luck does. Not content with selling the £IO.OOO ticket in an overseas consultation to a Dunedin syndicate last month, a Lower Stuart Street tobacconist opened his mail this morning to find that he had sold himself the second prize ticket of £2OOO in the latest consultation, and on top of that the only other reference to the lottery in his mail was a handsome bonus for selling last month’s prize-winner. “Family of Four,” was the lucky nom de plume of the tobacconist who on behalf of himself and three relatives has taken a regular ticket as a matter of course for some time. The reporter who saw the tobacconist was determined to be in on the run of luck and also bought a ticket. His nom de plume is •'Contagion,”
