Society Denies That It Is Red Auxiliary
WELLINGTON, Tue. (P.A.) —A denial that the New Zealand Society for Closer Relations With Russia is a Communist auxiliary, is contained in a statement issued by the society. The statement referred to the declaration by the annual conference of the New Zealand Labour Party that the society was “a. Communist auxiliary” and said this decision was contrary to fact. "Our constitution and policy are available to all. including members of the national executive of the Labour Party, and will support this statement,” the society said.
