Attending the bride as matron-of-honour was her sister, Mrs Jeane Conaghan, who wore a gown of apple blossom pink with corded chenille velvet, cut on the same lines as that of the bride. Her bouquet was of mauve tulips and cyclamen, with matching flowers in her hair. Mr G. G. Griffiths, brother of the bridegroom, was best man. At the reception, held at the Warrington Studios, the guests were received by Mrs Morgan, who wore a dress of black moss crepe, with black accessories, and a shoulder spray of pink rosebuds.
