After 34 years in the board's service, •the Auckland harbourmaster. Captain H. Hogan, advised the Auckland Harbour Board yesterday that he would reach the retiring age in Febiuui> and asked to be released front his duties at the end of March. Captain Hogan’s resignation was accepted.
