OTTAWA.—The Minister of Resources (Mr J. A. MacKinnon) announced last night that the Canadian Government would sponsor an international conference to deal with problems of the* world ‘supply and <lemand for \vobd pulji
It would probably be held ai Montreal in March. He expected that delegates from 19 countries would attend, as well as observers from others and from the United Nations.
Mr MacKinnon said the main purpose of the meeting was to give experts the opportunity to review the world position and decide whether any steps were needed to achieve an equilibrium between requirements and supplies. * *
