The object and purport of the proposed By-law is:—G) To increase the floor area of framed outbuildings if constructed of heart pinus insignis timber effectively treated with an approved wood preservative by an approved process, from 120 sq. feel { to 300 sq. feet. 1 (2) To control bicycles left unattended)' in Bank or Cameron Streets in} . such a circumstance as to cause a nuisance or obstruction to wheel, pedestrian or animal traffic. (3) To prescribe that persons having control of Licensed Taxi Cabs operating from Licensed Taxi Stands must pay an annual fee - fixed from time to time by the Council.
