Whangarei Dog Wins At Auckland Stow
A Whangarei-raisfed Labrador dog, Flight of Seaview, owned by Mrs T. C. Wilson, of 27 Otaika Road, swept the board in every event for which it was entered at the Auckland Kennel Club’s special Marples show at Epsom during the week-end. Competing against imported) dogs as well as local dogs, Flight of Seaview won the Limit, the New Zealand Bred. Colonial Bred and the Open classes. It was also won the Challenge class
Sole judge at the show was Mr J. W. Marples, a world authority on dogs, and judge of the world’s biggest show —the 100-year-old Cruft’s, of England.
