SINGAPORE. Russia’s suspicion that Malayan rubber exporters have been swindling her has cortributed to the fall in tie price of rubber by six Straits cents per lb\ since the beginning oijthe month, according |b rubber circles in Singapore. Russia hat practically suspended ; her purchases, having recently complained that only poor quality rubber was arriving at Odessa instead of the’aigh grades ordered ard tested in Malaya.
