Ranginui Belayed By Winch Trouble
Winch trouble in Auckland delayed the Northern Steamship Company’s m.v. Ranginui which was due in Whangarei this morning on a routine run. °
Repairs are under way. and it is anticipated that the Ranginui will leave Auckland in time to catch the earlv morning tide to be ready for unloadin'' - on Saturdav morning.
Non-union labour will be required it n ffyr>surn boat, arrived at Portland in the early hours of this morning and the unionists will be required to work the cargo.
