FIRES
INVERCARGILL. Fire broke out on Bluff Hill, dangerously near residences in Upper Walker and Elizabeth Streets, on Wednesday night. This is the fourth time in four weeks that residents in this locality have had to turn out at night, usually about the same time, to fight these outbreaks in gorse and sgfub. The fires seem to have been lit deliberately. * * , •
