TENNIS PLAYERS WORKED BY RADIO

NEW YORK, Fri. (2 p.m.) Development of a small radio transmitter for tennis coaches and receivers to be worn by players in action, was announced today. The equipment consists of a transmitter with an antenna about 3ft high, and a tiny receiver, worn by the player on a specially wired belt.

The receiver, whose loudspeaker is a flesh-coloured hearing aid, weighing about lib, enables a player to receive an uninterrupted flow of instruction on criticism during play.
