P ; in the Wh’angarei Court, i Before him was John Arthur Fielding Yates who appeared on a com- ' plaint that he used provoking and insulting language to Mr D. J. Thomson, solicitor, of Whangarei. I Yates was allowed seven days to find the sureties and ordered to pay j "15/- costs.
