Australian Soccer Team Welcomed
WELLINGTON, Sat. (P.A.)— The Australian Association football team was accorded an official welcome at Parliament Buildings this morning by Government and civil officials and representatives of all sporting codes. Speakers were the Prime Minister, the Minister of Finance, Mr T. L. Macdonald, M.P. (on behalf of the Opposition) the acting Mayor (Mr R. L. Mac Alister), and Sir Charles Norwood (on behalf of the Australian High Commissioner).
