BANGKOK, Fri.—The Siamese Government has ordered full-scale preparedness against an outbreak ol Communist sabotage in Bangkok-. Reports indicate that the Government fears an uprising against the dictator, Field Marshal Luang Bipul Songgram, by the services or by followers of the wartime Free Thai movement led by Nair Pridi Phanomyong, who fled the country at the time of Field Marshal Songgram’s coup last November.
