The estimated cost of these works is £75,270. PUBLIC Notice is hereby given that Whangaroa County Council, in pursuance of Section 120 of the Counties Act, 1920, Section 2 of the Counties Amendment Act, 1931, Sections 51, 54, 64, 76 of the Rating Act, 1925, and all other powers enabling it in that behalf, intends at its next Ordinary Meeting to be held in the Council Chambers, Kaeo. on Monday, the ninth day of August, 1948, to make a levy for the year commencing on the first day of: April, 1913, and ending on the thirty-first day of March, J a I'J, the following Rates: A General Rate of twelve-pence in the £.
