Lorsd Settlement
ROTORUA, Mon. (P.A.)—Control ot land development and settlement of ex-servicemen over the large district which embraces Rotorua County and parts of Tauranga, Whakatane and Taupo counties, has been transferred to the land development office, Rotorua.
Previously this area came within the scope of the Auckland Land Development District for all administration, but now Rotorua will be in direct contact with Wellington. Mr C. M. Wright, formerly branch manager at Rotorua, has been appointed acting superintendent.
