Compton 0, HardstafT 18, Bn: nett 21 not out, Evans 0). Bowling: Copson. 3 for 39; Broderick, 3 for 45; Palmer. 1 for 35. Edrieh batted 205 minutes for his 72. Yardley showed a partial return to form.
