International Badminton

CHICAGO, Sun. (10 a.m.)—The international badminton competition for the Sir Geoi'ge Thomas Cup would be inaugurated in 1948, said the president of the Amei’iean Badminton Association (Mr Warren Wheary). The finals would be played in London.

The competition would be directed by the International Badminton Federation in London, with which 16 national associations, including New Zealand, were affiliated. The nations must announce their intention to compete before June 15, 1948.
