MONTREAL, Fri.—The city’s 10.000 tsxidrivers, restaurant keepers and theatre and dance hall owners are to have their fingerprints and photographs taken.

Those with criminal records will have their permits withdrawn.

The Assistant Police Commissioner said today that taxidrivers, of whom there are' 5000 in Montreal, would be subjected to a particularly close check.
