SUNDAY OCTOBER 5, 1947. CHURCH OF ENGLAND Eighteenth Sunday after Trinity Parish Church—Holy Communion at 8 a.m., 9.15 a.m. and 11 a.m. Evensong at 7 p.m. At the 9.15 service those who were confirmed recently will make their First Communion, joining with other communicants of the parish, both in the service and at the altar. Following this Family Euchar- . ist, the members of the parish family will meet in the Parish Hall to break their fast together at morning tea, when the older members will have the opportunity of welcoming the new communicants into the fellowship of the parish.
