Soviet Protest At U.S. Aid For Austria
:(Rec. 11 a.m.) VIENNA, Sept. 1. A Government official said the Russian High Commissioner for Austria (Colonel-Gentral Kurassov) sent Chancellor Figl a Note protesting against the Austro-American aid agreement on the ground that the American aid programme infringed Austria’s freedom of independence.
