Rumanian Peace Treaty
(11.30 a.m.) BUCHAREST, Aug. 22. The Rumanian Parliament ratified the Rumanian peace treaty. The Foreign Minister (M. Tataresciv) said he was dissatisfied with some points but Rumania was anxious to take her place among the free nations.
