Clause (3> of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations, 1940, has decided that the use of Heavy Motor Vehicles shall be restricted to four tons laden weight, on and after the 9th day of June, 1947, and during the months of June, July, August and September, 1947, on all roads within the Mangonui County other than State and Main Highways.
