Rugby Selectors
(P A.) WELLINGTON, This Day. The following selectors were appointed at this week’s meeting of the Council of the New Zealand Rugby Union: North Island: Messrs N. A. McKenzie (Hawke’s Bay), A. McDonald (Wellington), F. W. Lucas (Auckland), C. Brown (Taranaki). South Island: Messrs H. S. Strang (Southland). V. Goodall (Buffer) and R. R. Masters (Canterbury). The following New Zealand selectors were appointed: Messrs McDonald, Strang and McKenzie. Mr Strang was appointed manager of the team to tour Australia and Mr McKenzie assistant-manager.
