Troops Seise Arms From Jews

'(Rec. 10.30.) JERUSALEM. April 3. An Army patrol on the Tel AvivHaila road early today seized a lorry containing 15 rifles, a Lewis gun, two Sten guns, four shotguns, two mortars, six pistols, nine automatics, artd a large quantity of ammunition and grenades. The troops'arrested the driver, who a Jewish youth, and three other' Jews.
Police believe a mysterious explosion, which shattered thousands of windows in Tel Aviv last night, occurred at a secret arsenal.
One British policeman wais shot and killed and another seriously wounded at the same spot in Jerusalem, where last night a British sentry shot and killed a Jew who failed to answer a challenge.
