Paraguayan Revolt
(Received 11 a.m.) ASUNCION (Paraguay). Mar. 13. Local Government troops are reported to have placed Concepcion under siege in an eort to crush the six-day-old revolt of 600 to 700 soldiers. The Government, announcing that Concepcion was surrounded, said it was urging the rebels to surrender io avoid useless bloodshed. The communique declared that theivhad been no action on the ground and air operations had been limited to military objectives outside" Uje city. Government sources claimed that armed Communists wh 0 were supporting the soldier rebels, rkn? arrested priests and nuns and plundered many Concepcion business places.
