(Rec. 11.30 a.m.) PARIS, Mar. 13. Uproar again stopped the French Assembly’s debate on Indo-China. Deputies, some still displaying black eyes from the fracas of Tuesday, were listening quietly when M. Reynaud reading from an official report, said the Viet Nam leader, Bac'Mai, was responsible for the assassinations, of Frenchmen in Indo-China. The deputies saw Bac Mai in the visitors’ gallery. Right Wingers gesticulated and shouted: “There he is. Close the doors and arrest him.”
The Communists shouted protests and cried to Bac Mai to remain in the galjery. They promised him protection.
A gendarme locked the door ol' the gallery. Bac Mai stood up, smiled and bowed to the Speaker. M. .Harriet suspended the debate and the deputies jostled their way out. still shouting. The Assembly resumed after an interval, but all the Communists walked out when M. Reynaud continued his speech. M. Reynaud said France could not in any circumstances negotiate with Ho Qhi Minh.
